In this keynote speaker interview, Eleanor Williams will speak with Lígia Teixeira about her new book How to Use Evidence to End Homelessness: For Smarter, More Impactful Action, and the growing global movement to use evidence, data and evaluation to prevent and end homelessness.

The discussion will consider how evidence can be embedded in decision-making, and the role evaluators can play in supporting prevention, implementation and continuous improvement. Through practical examples and international case studies, Teixeira will share insights for anyone seeking to strengthen the use of evidence in complex policy environments. This session will form the Australian launch of How to Use Evidence to End Homelessness: For Smarter, More Impactful Action whilst the books haven't landed in the country just yet, there will be promotional cards with discount codes so people can purchase their copy when it's available.
