About me
I have a strong interest and am passionate about outcomes, whether that is at a program or strategic level. My work includes supporting organisations to identify what outcomes they are trying to achieve, so developing logics or Theories of Change, developing performance measures or M&E frameworks, and assessing whether it's led to the desired change - i.e. outcomes evaluations. I've been exploring for sometime how we can get a more nuanced system orientated understanding of outcomes for different population groups. I look at this on two levels. At a systems level I've been exploring what else needs to be taken into consideration across the broader system and how should this be depicted. And then closer to my presentation at this conference I've been exploring how can we better reflect different population groups experiences - looking at the who. Such as the different pathways, outcomes, time it takes and enablers. Maybe some outcomes aren't important at all, but others we don't typically identify really are.
