Jill Thomas (MEval, MBusSys) is the Director of Jill Thomas Evaluation, a collaborative consultancy dedicated to advancing social good through the development of effective evaluation systems, projects, and products. With extensive experience as a consultant evaluator and analyst, Jill has worked in the international development, health care, community, and higher education sectors. Jill specialises in designing and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks, projects, and organisational systems that support timely, credible, and evidence-based decision-making, good governance and capacity building. Jill has served as Chair of the Pathways Committee since 2023, is currently an AES Board member and is based in eastern Victoria.
