About me
I'm a Senior Research and Evaluation Analyst at Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand and a psychologist by background. I lead mixed-methods evaluations across family violence, homelessness, financial wellbeing and prevention programs, with expertise in quantitative analysis, implementation, and translating evidence into practical improvements for services and policy.I'm passionate about Social Network Analysis (SNA) and understanding how relationships shape outcomes for people, organisations and communities. Talk to me about network analysis, network interventions, impact measurement, evaluation, and how we can use data and evidence to strengthen programs and partnerships. I'm always keen to connect with people interested in understanding what works, how change happens, and how to demonstrate meaningful impact.
