About me
I am Community Development Evaluation Officer at STARTTS with a background in research and mixed-methods evaluation. I hold a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and a Master’s degree in International Security. My work focuses on evaluating community development and mental health initiatives within refugee and multicultural communities, with particular interest in social capital, community wellbeing, and participatory practice. I have also co-authored peer-reviewed research exploring community-based mental health and social cohesion initiatives.
