About me
I am a researcher and evaluator in The Salvation Army's research and outcomes measurement team. I care deeply about using rigorous, inclusive, and accessible research methods to address social justice issues.
I earned my PhD in experimental social psychology from The University of Sydney in 2019 and have over a decade of research experience in the field of applied behavioural science. In previous roles, my work primarily focused on understanding the causes and consequences of prejudice, as well as developing and evaluating novel social-based interventions to promote community cohesion and inclusion.
Currently, I am leading the development of a national impact measurement framework for The Salvation Army's homelessness services—Australia's largest provider of homelessness services, which offer over 300,000 sessions of care each year to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
