aes26 International Evaluation Conference

I live and work on Darkinjung country, on the beautiful NSW Central Coast, where I get to marvel at the angophoras in the stunning local bushland and join other sea creatures in the ocean. I joined the AES Board in 2025, where I get to hang out with excellent peers to support a healthy future for the AES. At Clear Horizon, I oversee our different MEL practitioner teams and am an active trainer and mentor in the Clear Horizon Academy. I support our clients to understand and address their MEL challenges and particularly love the role that facilitation and coaching can play in this. I also love navigating the balance of art and science that evaluation demands in the real world.
