About me
My work focuses on combining research and evaluation expertise with strong strategic and commercial acumen to ensure communities receive services grounded in evidence and need, and to powerfully communicate impact.
Drawing on extensive experience across research, evaluation, human‑centred design and impact measurement, I have led research to identify and refine effective and scalable service interventions, designed outcomes frameworks to capture the impact of organisational strategy, led monitoring and evaluation initiatives that support learning and continuous improvement and built organisational capability in these areas.
This work has contributed to the delivery of more effective services to the community. It has also enabled clear articulation of value to communities, funders and the broader system by translating complex evidence into concise, compelling narratives that inform decision‑making, strengthen accountability, and support advocacy and growth.
As a psychologist with a strong research background in the social services sector, I bring deep expertise in mental health and a strong understanding of community need. My work has been recognised through multiple awards, including the Australian Psychological Society Prize for research excellence. I also have substantial experience as an effective presenter, including at major national conferences.
