About me
Vicent is an Executive Member of Uganda Evaluation Association (U.E.A) representing Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEEs). He is a seasoned researcher, statistician and a Monitoring and Evaluation officer. He has developed, facilitated various trainings in the area of M&E like Advanced Excel, SPSS, STATA, NVIVO, ODK, Kobo Toolbox, e.t.c. across the continent like Uganda,Cote d'voire, Ghana, South Sudan,Rwanda,Tanzania,Kenya & South Sudan and is part of evaluation bodies like IDEAS, IOCOM.
