Adrian Field is a Director and founder of Dovetail. He established Dovetail as a vehicle for public good-focused work to benefit communities and ecosystems in Aotearoa and internationally. Adrian draws from over 25 years in evaluation and research, through roles in consulting, academia, non-for-profit and central and local government arenas. Adrian weaves together the strengths of diverse teams to deliver research and consulting assignments that help people and organisations make decisions about funding, service development, and delivery. He has expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, and is a skilled facilitator in research design and synthesis of findings.
