About me
Chelsea Arten is an Analyst with Minderoo Foundation's Place Based Community Empowerment team in the Communities Focus Area. She leads the implementation of the measurement, reporting, and learning framework for Minderoo's Scaling Deep place based model. Her role focuses on generating evidence and insights that help Minderoo's Place Based Community Empowerment team understand progress, strengthen practice, and adapt its approach to achieving systems change. Through this work, she contributes to the Communities Focus Area's mission: All children in Australia reach their full potential in thriving communities.
