About me
I'm Director of the ATO Evaluation Hub and together with a small team work across the organisation to build evaluation culture, capacity and practice. As an internal consulting service, we advise on designing and delivering fit-for-purpose evaluation and performance monitoring and provide a range of learning experiences and resources. We lead the ATO Evaluation Community of Practice and are a conduit to the Australian Centre for Evaluation and APS Evaluation Profession. Before joining the ATO I'd worked as an educator, researcher and consultant across Australian higher, VET, school and community education sectors and a range of business and industry sectors. I have a passion for lifelong learning and helping the ATO become a leader in organisation learning and evaluation.
