About me
I've been working as a facilitator and evaluator for over 20 years, in a wide range of contexts, including environment and financial literacy. I am a Director at Rooftop Social, a medium sized consulting firm, which provides services in evaluation, social research, facilitation and capacity building. We work across lots of different sectors including education, the environment, human services, health and justice. I also do some work for the Social Impact Hub, as a member of their Professional Impact Network. Until 2025, I also worked at Financial Counselling Australia, as their Director of Research and Evaluation. Prior to joining Rooftop Social, I was the evaluation lead at Sustainability Victoria. I am passionate about using creative techniques to engage people with technical content and with each other. I also regularly deliver training courses for the AES, on commissioning evaluations, facilitation and evaluation capacity building.
