About me
I am the founder of Connected Impact Advisory, an independent MEL and strategy consultancy working with Australian NGOs, government, and social sector organisations. Before establishing Connected Impact Advisory, I spent over six years in MEL roles at The Salvation Army Australia, across research, data analysis, and strategic learning and impact. I am particularly interested in the practical link between evidence and organisational decision making, and in building evaluation capability among non-evaluators, equipping teams with the skills to demonstrate the impact of their own programs. I have a growing interest in systems evaluation and participatory approaches to evaluation. I am also the founder of She Thinks - Her Algorithm, a free AI literacy program for women facing structural or attitudinal barriers to AI access.
