About me
Andrew Boyle is an Australian monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) specialist and Principal Consultant at Andrew Boyle Consulting. His work focuses on organisational learning, Theory of Change, evaluation capacity strengthening and culturally responsive practice, particularly across the Pacific. Drawing on experience in Fiji, Tuvalu and Australia, Andrew is interested in how different epistemological and ontological perspectives shape program design, evaluation and decision-making. His current research explores how problem representations influence interventions and how evaluative thinking can help organisations better align programs with the realities and priorities of the communities they seek to serve.
